Ryan is an Associate in the firm’s Land Use & Zoning Department and Telecommunication Department. His practice spans New York and Connecticut and includes traditional land use, wireless telecommunications siting and all related matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ryan served as a Legal Research Clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. While in law school, Ryan was an extern with the United States Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee Program, and interned with the United States House of Representatives Committee on Ways & Means.
